SHAKTI YOGA / MONDAY & FRIDAY (6:30-7:30AM)

An energising yoga class to revitalise the  body, mind and spirit.


BOOKINGS ARE ESSENTIAL.

SENIORS & BEGINNER'S YOGA / MONDAY & Friday (9-10:30AM)

Seniors and beginner's yoga is a gentle and safe way to learn the fundamentals of asana. Designed as a practice that also caters to the unique needs of older adults for anti-ageing, health and longevity.


For Seniors and  all levels taught by Peter Clifford 78 years young. 


ANAHATA YOGA / TUESDAy (9-10:30AM)

A  Vinyasa Hatha flow based on the principles of Anahata Yoga, the dance of Shiva & Shakti. 


Open for all levels, taught by Peter Clifford & Faye Maramara.


MEDITATION & YOGA NIDRA / TUESDAY (6-7:30PM)

Pranayama, meditation, yoga nidra, yoga nyasa (self-healing meditation).


Open for all levels, taught by Peter Clifford.


5 ELEMENT FORM / WEDNESDAY (9-10:30AM)

Tattwa Shuddhi Sadhana (purification practice) based on the 5 elements of earth (stability), water (fluidity, changing directions), fire (creativity and passion), air (energy, vitality) and akasha (connection).

YIN YOGA / WEDNESDAY (6-7:30PM)

A soft, gentle, yoga class to enhance flexibility and to deeply relax  your mind, body and spirit.

CHAIR YOGA / THURSDAY (9-10:30AM)

Enhance your practice with our seated meditation class, incorporating props for maximum benefit. 


This session is specially curated for seniors, individuals recovering from injuries, beginners to yoga, and anyone working on a chair all day. Taught by Peter Clifford.


RESTORATIVE YOGA / THURSDAY (6-7:30PM)

A very gentle yoga practice with the use of props like blankets, bolsters and blocks to restore the nervous system, calm the mind for deep relaxation, stress relief and to create comfort and ease in the body.

KIRTAN/ Every last FRIDAY of the month (6-7:30PM)

Experience the transformative power of Kirtan at our monthly event. Be part of our community where musicians lead a devotional chanting session. Join us on the last Friday of every month at 6 pm.
