The Five Element Form is an ancient energetic practice originally used by Indian porters who climbed the Himalaya mountains carrying large loads on their backs.
The form uses the five elements of:
1. EARTH: Strength, stability, support and balance. We use this element when we are feeling weak, unstable, unsupported and unbalanced.
2. WATER: Fluidity, movement, gracefulness, ability to change directions, ability to flow around obstacles. We use this element when we are feeling stuck in life.
3. FIRE: Passion and creativity. We use this element when we are feeling bored and uninspired.
4. AIR: Energy and vitality. We use this element when we are feeling lethargic and tired.
5. AKASHA: Connection. We use this element when we are feeling disconnected and all alone.
This ancient purification practice was shared to Peter by his teacher Shankara from India in Assam, where he learnt to heal and mend his body after he fell off a mountain. This powerful practice healed Peter resulting on the integration of his Pancha Koshas (5 sheaths of human existence.)
This practice can be used by all ages and levels to enhance the quality of your life and is taught by Peter Clifford and his apprentice Faye Maramara @shivaandshaktiyoga #fiveelementform #5elementform #anahatayoga #shivaandshaktiyoga #shivaandhshakti #shivashakti #peterclifford
