Give the Gift of Yoga & Renewal

These terms apply to gift vouchers and passes issued by Shiva & Shakti Yoga, Suffolk Park, NSW.

VALIDITY

Gift vouchers are valid for three years from the date of purchase. The issue date and expiry date will be displayed on the voucher.

Vouchers must be redeemed before the stated expiry date. No fees will be charged that reduce the value or balance of a voucher after purchase.

BOOKINGS

Advance booking is essential for accommodation, private sessions and classes. All bookings are subject to availability.

Please provide the unique voucher code when making a booking. Possession of a voucher does not guarantee availability on a particular date or in a particular class.

ACCOMMODATION VOUCHERS

Two-, three- and four-night retreat vouchers provide the number of nights’ accommodation stated on the voucher for one room at the Anahata Yoga Retreat.

Additional nights, meals, transfers, private sessions and other retreat experiences are not included unless expressly stated and may be arranged separately.

Our minimum accommodation booking is two nights. Accommodation dates must be confirmed directly with Shiva & Shakti Yoga and are subject to availability.

PRIVATE SESSION VOUCHERS

A Private Yoga Session with Peter voucher includes one private session with Peter Clifford. The appointment must be arranged in advance and is subject to Peter’s availability.

10-CLASS PRACTICE PASS

The 10-Class Practice Pass includes ten regular weekly yoga or meditation classes.

The pass does not include private sessions, workshops, immersions, retreats or special events. One class will be deducted each time the pass is redeemed.

The pass may be gifted to another person before it is first used. Once activated, it is for the named student’s personal use and may not be shared.

CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES

Accommodation, private-session and class bookings made using a voucher are subject to the booking and cancellation policy disclosed when the booking is confirmed.

Late cancellations or failure to attend may result in the applicable voucher value, night, session or class being treated as redeemed.

BALANCES AND ADDITIONAL COSTS

Any cost exceeding the available voucher balance must be paid by the person redeeming the voucher.

Where a currency-backed voucher is partially redeemed, the remaining value will stay on the voucher until it is used or reaches its expiry date.

Vouchers are not redeemable for cash, and no cash change will be given, except where required by law.

REFUNDS

Gift vouchers are not refundable for change of mind. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law.

LOST OR STOLEN VOUCHERS

Please treat gift vouchers like cash. If a voucher is lost or stolen, contact Shiva & Shakti Yoga. We may replace it where the original purchase can be verified and the voucher has not already been redeemed.
